Three Ways to Use This Platform
Property Partner
List or claim your property
List your property free through the listing wizard, or find your facility among the thousands already on the map and claim it. Claim & Control ($390/mo) unlocks your direct phone line, Verified Owner badge, and full control of the listing.
Placement Partner — Emergency
Find open beds now
For caseworkers, outreach workers, and agencies placing people in emergency housing now. Search live bed availability with direct lines to approved partners.
Placement Partner — Acquisition
Acquire properties for programs
For government agencies, nonprofits, and foundations browsing for-sale and lease properties for long-term housing programs.
The Four Steps
Step 01
Property Partners List
Property owners, managers, and hotels list buildings or emergency beds free, or claim a property we’ve already imported and take control of it.
Step 02
Placement Partners Browse
Agencies, nonprofits, and caseworkers browse listings filtered by SPA, units, price, Metro proximity, and live bed availability.
Step 03
Express Interest or Get Notified
For acquisition-ready properties, Placement Partners express interest in one click. For facilities and emergency beds, they request placements or tap Notify Me. Every request is routed to the Property Partner.
Step 04
Compliant Communication
Every inquiry and placement request is documented through the platform for compliance and audit readiness.

Common Questions
Why is my facility already listed on this site?+
We map publicly available data from LA County service directories and California Department of Social Services licensing records, so placement teams can see every housing resource in the county in one place. Your listing shows only public information: name, address, and licensed capacity. You can claim it to verify ownership, correct details, add photos, and control how you’re contacted. Or contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Is listing really free?+
Yes. Every property is listed and visible to Placement Partners at no charge, forever. The paid Claim & Control plan ($390/mo per property) adds your direct phone line, a Verified Owner badge, and full editing control. Visibility is never behind a paywall.
How does claiming work?+
Sign up as a Property Partner, open your facility’s page, and hit Claim This Property with a short note about your role. Our team cross-checks ownership records. Once approved, you activate Claim & Control and the listing transfers to your account. Photos, availability, and contact details become yours to manage.
Who can see my phone number?+
Only approved Placement Partners (verified government agencies, nonprofits, and caseworkers), and only when the listing has Claim & Control active. Anonymous visitors never see direct contact details. They’re asked to sign in first.
Why is my Placement Partner account still "under review"?+
We verify every Placement Partner before granting access to direct contact lines and placement tools. That’s what keeps property owners comfortable sharing their availability. Applications with government or nonprofit email domains are typically approved fastest. You can browse listings while you wait.
Where does the bed availability in Find a Bed come from?+
Directly from Property Partners with Emergency Placement enabled. They update open beds in real time, which is why Find a Bed only shows listings whose owners actively manage them, not the full imported catalog.
