Independent Platform
Ready for Housing is an independent platform serving Los Angeles County. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Los Angeles County government. Dion Rambo serves as an LA County Quality and Productivity Commissioner in an advisory capacity. Ready for Housing operates independently of that role and has no involvement in housing acquisitions, property decisions, or public health programs made by the County.
Documented Communication
Inquiries and placement requests submitted through Ready for Housing are routed and documented through the platform so Placement Partners and Property Partners keep a clear record of every interaction. Expressing interest is informational and is not a commitment to purchase, bid, or enter any agreement, and does not constitute a procurement action.
Accuracy of Listings
Ready for Housing does not own the properties listed. Claimed listings are managed by their Verified Owners; unclaimed listings are compiled from public government records (LA County service directories and California Department of Social Services licensing data) and are unverified until an owner claims them. Prices, availability, and property information are subject to change. Access is intended for government agencies, nonprofits, caseworkers, foundations, and qualified housing organizations.
